How to Make Burger At Home


Ingredients

500 grams (1 pound) ground beef or lamb

1 teaspoon ginger paste

2 teaspoons garlic paste

1 small bunch cilantro, finely chopped

2 medium green chilies, finely chopped

2 slices bread, soaked in water until soft and then crumbled

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Salt, to taste

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
